Stone house on the hill of Methoni with a magnificent view of Methoni, Methoni castle and the island of Sapienza (included in the NATURA 2000 Network and the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites). The house is located inside a complex of 9 independent houses, built on a 9,900 m2 plot of land, at a distance of 1 km from Methoni, 10 km from Pylos and 8 km from Finikounda. The house, covering a total surface area of approximately 130 m2, consists of three levels that are directly linked through an internal staircase. The first level (semi-basement) includes two bedrooms, bathroom and a 15 m2 room that may be used as a study or kitchen. The second level consists of an open plan kitchen and living area with fireplace and a spacious balcony with amazing view. The third level includes a spacious master bedroom with bathroom. The house was built in 2008. Each house consists of a concrete frame with exterior stone walls, interior walls of brick and plaster and insulation between the walls. It should be noted that stone buildings offer a high level of heat and noise insulation and are highly resistant to ageing and weathering. The house is independent and equipped with tv, telephone and satellite points, along with the pipe work for a/c units, central heating systems and solar boilers. In addition, the house has a front and back garden, covering a total area of approximately 310 m2.
