The wine factory of family Giannakopoyloy located in Messinia in the entry of village Andanias of Municipality Oichalias. Is located in a vineyard of 12 acres and are accommodated in building of 200sqm with shed of 75sqm. All equipment used for the production of wine are modern stainless in excellent condition and operational. The stocking spaces are constituted from INOCH reservoirs from 5.000 until 20.000 liters, total capacity of 170.000 liters. The process of wine production reported in the attached diagram. For the red wines we follow the following process of production: Harvest - transport of grapes in the wine factory (addition sterilization) - transport wine pulp in the wine maker and eve there for 48-hour so it can acquisition the red color – elision of the wine pulp and transfer of the must in reservoirs of fermentation – scaling and infiltration for wine storage and maturation, after the end of half-year period, bottling in the suitable bottles and disposal to consumption. The same procedure is followed for the white wines omitting the procedure of winemaking. The winery produces wines from conventionally grown grapes, white-pink and red, available in market, with the label PATITIRI GIANNAKOPOULOU, in pet bottles 1,5 and 5 liter, bags of 10 and 20 liters, also it is bottle in glass bottles of 0.75 and 0.187 liters called VINE GIANNAKOPOULOU. In addition to the above produce also wine from grapes of biological culture and sold in glass bottles of 0,75 liters, red with name ITHOMI and white with name KALLIROI. The capacity of the winery as we have already said is 170.000 liters, which if it is placed suitably it can makes profits of 25-30% feasible turnover.
